LANEIGE US is seeking an Intern to support the PR & Experiential Marketing team across a wide range of exciting projects, including influencer marketing, mailers, events, brand partnerships, and more. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in beauty PR and influencer marketing within a fast-growing, best-in-class skincare brand. The PR Intern will assist with day-to-day team operations while learning the fundamentals of public relations, creator partnerships, event coordination, and brand communications. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual with a strong knowledge in beauty, influencers, social media, and pop culture.
- Support daily functions of the PR & Experiential Marketing team, including influencer campaigns, product mailers, gifting, and event coordination
- Assist with organizing influencer and media lists, trackers, and databases (e.g., Traackr, Meltwater)
- Help identify emerging creators and monitor social trends for potential partnership opportunities
- Support logistics for influencer mailers, paid campaigns, and affiliate programs
- Assist in PR event preparation, including invite tracking, guest list management, and on-site support (as needed)
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and media coverage
- Support administrative tasks such as product orders, shipment tracking, and invoice processing
- Help compile reports and recap documents for campaigns and events
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous internship experience in PR, influencer marketing, beauty, or a related field is a plus
- Strong interest and passion for beauty, skincare, influencers, social media and pop culture
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
- Basic knowledge of influencer management tools is a plus
- Ability to support events locally in NYC / Tri-State Area (as-needed)
