Assist with Romanian immigration procedures, including work permits, residence permits, visas, and documentation checklists for foreign hires and assignees.
Maintain central tracking systems for work permits, passports, and residence documents across European countries to ensure timely renewals.
Support international assignees throughout their relocation lifecycle with regular check-ins, process guidance, and administrative updates.
Coordinate operational workflows with external vendors, including immigration specialists, relocation partners, and Employer of Record (EOR) providers.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, helping prepare contracts, standard letters, and HR documentation across designated EU entities.
Assist with updating employee records in HR systems and coordinating monthly joiner/leaver changes with regional payroll partners.
Help review vendor invoices for mobility and HR services while identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and standardize processes.
Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Economics, or a related discipline.
Genuine interest in international HR, global mobility, immigration frameworks, and cross-border employee experience.
Prior internship or administrative experience in HR, customer operations, or international corporate environments is a strong plus.
Tech-savvy with good knowledge of productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Outlook) and an aptitude for learning new HR systems quickly.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a reliable approach to managing sensitive employee data.
Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills to support employees through relocation and onboarding transitions.
Fluency in both written and spoken Romanian and English is required.
