Senior Accountant — Reporting & Consolidation

The company is backed by strong growth ambitions, combining innovation, brand storytelling, and operational excellence to expand its reach and solidify its position as a leading player in the U.S. confections industry.

Partner with and support the VP Corporate Controller on technical accounting and brand close. Prepare consolidation schedules and supporting reporting for the VP Corporate Controller's review and approval, building depth and continuity in the finance function over time. The VP Corporate Controller retains ownership of consolidation sign-off, the cash flow statement, cash position, and the lender relationship.

•      Support the monthly close and own assigned technical close areas across the brands.

•      Prepare consolidation schedules and intercompany eliminations for VP Corporate Controller review.

•      Prepare flux analysis, EBITDA adjustments, and store-level reporting.

•      Prepare supporting schedules for the lender / covenant reporting package; the VP Corporate Controller owns final lender reporting and the lender relationship.

•      Assist with technical reconciliations across two ERP environments (Business Central and Sage).

•      Support audit and tax processes with external auditors and advisors.

•      Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.

•      5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including consolidation and financial reporting; multi-entity experience required.

•      Strong technical GAAP knowledge; experience with lender or covenant reporting a plus.

•      High Excel proficiency; multi-ERP experience (Business Central, Sage, or NetSuite) a plus.

•      Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
