Front Desk Medical Receptionist (Full-Time)

• →Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• →Register patients, verify demographics, and ensure accurate documentation
• →Answer phones and assist with scheduling
• →Provide support to nursing staff as needed
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk environment
• →Follow directions and work cooperatively in a fast-paced clinical setting

• Medical registration experience required
• Bilingual Spanish or Russian preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and patient interaction skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
