Title:  Dispatch Assistant

Location: DMV Metro Area & Eastern Shore

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Position Summary

Join Anchor Construction as a Dispatch Assistant! We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to support our Dispatch team by coordinating vehicles, equipment, and daily field operations.

• →Assist with vehicle key distribution and tracking.
• →Support driver dispatching and daily vehicle assignments.
• →Maintain fleet, equipment, and inventory records.
• →Update telematics, GPS, and fleet management systems.
• →Track equipment and shoring materials.
• →Provide administrative and logistical support to field operations.

Qualifications

• →High school diploma or equivalent.
• →Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• →Strong organizational and communication skills.
• →Ability to work overtime as needed.
• →Commitment to workplace safety.
