Activities Assistant/DSP: Monday-Friday (7am-3pm)

Our programs include Residential Services, Community Development Services, and Personal Support.

• →Provide hands-on support with daily community integration and life skills activities.
• →Drive individuals to various community locations, appointments, and activities — reliable and safe transportation is essential to this role.
• →Identify and coordinate opportunities that promote social connection and community inclusion based on individual interests.
• →Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community partners to create inclusive experiences.
• →Follow the Plan of Care developed by the Delegating Nurse and provide feedback on client progress.
• →Prioritize and respond to client needs with professionalism and empathy.
• →Ensure client safety and well-being in all settings.
• →Maintain accurate documentation of care and community engagement activities.
• →Listen actively to client preferences and advocate for their inclusion in community life.

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• High School Diploma or College Degree.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required (this is a driving-intensive position).
• First Aid and CPR Certification required
• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in the field.
• Flexibility, patience, and a strong commitment to community inclusion.
