We are seeking experienced, professional installation subcontractors with strong general and trim carpentry skills who take pride in their work and deliver an exceptional homeowner experience.

Responsibilities

· Protect the interior and exterior of the home during removal and installation

· Safely lift 50–75 lbs regularly and occasionally over 100 lbs

· Perform interior and exterior trim work

· Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized job site

· Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times

· Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish

· Comply with company standards and dress code

Requirements

· Proven carpentry experience (required)

· Active Business & General Liability License

· Workers’ Compensation Insurance

· Ownership of tools, trailer, and truck

· Must hold current Lead-Safe Renovator Certification

· Commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
