Private markets are the new public markets. The most important companies of this era are private, and almost no one can own them. What's missing is the financial system public markets spent a century building: exchanges, custodians, brokers, and ways for ordinary people to buy in. The last decade of structural innovation in venture happened here: syndicates, SPVs at scale, Rolling Funds, scout programs. Today we have $200B+ in assets and 30,000+ startups funded on our platform. The rest of private markets is next. About the Role:

When a GP raises a fund on AngelList, LPs trust the platform as much as they trust the GP. LP Relations is the team behind that trust: the front line for more than 100,000 investors, especially in the moments that are hardest to get right. It comes down to the details, like clear communication, accurate reporting, document management, correct money movement, and capable support when questions come up.

This is a customer-facing role. You'll own day-to-day communications with the investors in the funds we administer, represent AngelList, and work across legal, tax, banking, sales, and product to resolve issues and deliver best-in-class service. You'll handle high volume with accuracy and care, notice when something is urgent, sensitive, or outside your scope, and escalate with clear context so the right people can jump in. Every one of those conversations teaches you something about how capital moves through a fund and how our platform handles it.

We expect you to grind and we expect you to think. The strongest people on this team notice the patterns behind recurring issues and fix the system. You will surface what's broken, form a point of view on how it should work, and help turn that into better workflows, automations, and projects that make the experience better for every LP. The path from specialist to associate is built by people who use that foundation to develop real judgment about our investors, our product, and how to solve problems that don't come with a playbook.
