About the Role
~1 min read- Organize and coordinate end-to-end shooting schedules, call sheets, locations, and equipment logistics
- Serve as the main point of contact between creative teams, directors, crew, and external talent
- Manage production budgets, vendor agreements, and post-production timelines
- Troubleshoot on-set challenges to ensure shoots run efficiently and stay on schedule
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television Production, Media Production, Audiovisual Arts, Communications, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Proficient with project management and spreadsheet tools (Excel, Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Fluent in Greek & English, both written and spoken
- High ethical standards fitting with the values of Antenna Group
