Senior Resource Manager (Creative, Strategy & Client Service)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Resource Manager to lead resource planning and operational efficiency across our Creative, Strategy, and Client Service teams. This role is responsible for ensuring the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time, balancing business priorities, team wellbeing, project profitability, and client delivery standards.

They will play a critical role in improving forecasting accuracy, maximising chargeability, managing capacity, and supporting profitable project delivery across the business.
