STaR Regional Lead (APAC)

The Regional STaR Business Line Lead for APAC leads and grows our business across the Asia–Pacific region, unlocking the significant market opportunities emerging as sustainability expectations accelerate. 

 

The APAC region is entering a period of rapid regulatory and market-driven demand - particularly in Australia, Singapore and the Philippines - where new sustainability reporting requirements (including ASRS and ISSB-aligned disclosures) are creating a surge in client need for sustainability reporting, data readiness, and strategy and transformation support. 

 

The Regional Lead will steer the team through this period of expansion: shaping regional strategy, driving commercial performance, strengthening client relationships, and building a high-performing, collaborative team aligned with our global standards and propositions. 

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring commercial acumen, deep understanding  of the APAC region and a strong client network, and the ability to coordinate across teams in different markets. This role is based in the APAC region and reports to the Global Business Line Lead for Strategy, Transformation and Reporting, who is based in the UK. 

The position can be based in either Melbourne, Sydney, Perth or Brisbane, Australia.
