Responsibilities

→Provide efficient food and beverage service to guests
→Assist in the set up and pack down of dining and service areas for events and large scale functions
→Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings to support guest enquiries
→Present a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance at all times
→Perform manual handling duties, including lifting and moving equipment, in line with safety guidelines

Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambliing Certificates
Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
Previous food and beverage experience
Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
Able to work over a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
