$32.90 per hour + superannuation + penalties + 5 weeks' annual leave.

Responsibilities

→Supervise, train, and develop team members, ensuring the exceptional delivery of guest service excellence
→Roster team members effectively to meet business requirements
→Monitor and review performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed
→Ensure the flawless delivery of all food and beverage services to guests
→Complete bartender and coffee-making duties, sharing knowledge of in-house wines and spirits, monthly specials, and promotions

Certificates in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling
Experience as a bar supervisor, as well as training and developing a team
Food Safety Certificate and HACCP knowledge
Understanding of licensing requirements, and liquor, bar tending, and service protocols
Understanding of marketing and promotions within a bar setting
Available to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
