Delaware North Australia is hiring casual and part-time Commis Chefs to join our team at Perth Airport. As a Commis Chef, you'll be responsible for collaborating with senior chefs to create dishes that make a lasting impression. • →Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
• →Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
• →Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
• →Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• →Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance

• Previous Commis Chef experience
• Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
• Solid background in kitchen operations
• Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costs
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
