Are you ready to begin your career in customer service? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our growing team. No extensive experience is required—we're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

In this role, you'll receive training and support as you develop valuable customer service, communication, and sales skills. You'll help customers with their questions, provide information about our products and services, and contribute to creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide helpful information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they receive the support they need.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that may be a good fit.
  • Share information about current promotions and available services.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
  • Work toward individual and team performance goals with guidance from your manager.
  • Update customer information accurately in our CRM system.
  • Record customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to customer service.
  • Collaborate with teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to build your knowledge and skills.
  • Meet service and response-time expectations while continuing to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software applications.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
