(Senior/Middle) Product Owner

Your week-to-week work will break out across the following activities: 

• →Working closely with product and design colleagues to synthesize outcomes from UX research, design sprints, user testing, and development prototypes, to create user stories, design documents, and actionable development tasks.
• →Collaborate with development teams, including Scrum Masters, developers, and testers, providing clear and concise guidance on priorities and requirements.
• →Take ownership of the backlog and collaborate with stakeholders to elaborate business requirements.
• →Liaising with software and quality engineers to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
• →Engage with VN and US stakeholders to understand unmet needs, validate pain points, and incorporate insights into the product development lifecycle that validate the product hypotheses.
• →Lead the release planning, sprint ceremonies, and review sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• →Contribute to retrospectives and support the team in delivering product increments every 2 weeks, while continuously improving Agile practices.
• →Effectively manage multiple teams while balancing priorities. 

• 4+ years’ experience as a product owner/product manager
• Experience inventorying jobs to be done, breaking down extensive features into incremental, executable pieces, and writing user stories.  
• The ability to illustrate concepts to convey new ideas or work out complex UX workflows.  
• Strong English proficiency in all skills, particularly in technical writing and ability to communicate requirements clearly.
• Strong communication skills with scrum teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps/Jira or similar.
• Proficient in the Scrum/Kanban framework. 

• Experience in building products on Cloud platforms, Cloud migration, specifically Azure Cloud.
• Data-driven mindset and critical thinking.  
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Experience in Fintech, Banking business procedures, SaaS products.
• Have an understanding of cloud-based databases (e.g., MongoDB, CosmosDB).
