We are currently seeking to add a full-time Marketing Coordinator to our team. This position is full-time and 100% on-site at our Fort Myers, Florida, location. A hybrid work arrangement may be possible pending training and positive performance

Responsibilities

→Work alongside our Southwest Florida-based Marketing & Proposals team in pursuit of new work, with an emphasis on projects in south Florida
→Assist with the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications
→Support proposal plan preparation and production
→Support PowerPoint presentation creation, editing, and organization
→Assist with the writing, cataloging, and updating of project materials, such as project descriptions and team resumes
→Produce hard-copy proposal documents, as needed, from the Fort Myers, Florida, office
→Travel to client locations to deliver proposals, on occasion
→Support special events and trade shows, on occasion
→Perform tasks to ensure the quality of marketing materials, such as proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews
→Fulfill other marketing tasks as needed

Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a marketer, preferably in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent writing and copyediting capabilities
Strong communications skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles
Highly motivated, willing to be part of our Apex team and enhance our marketing efforts
Ability to work in-person at the Fort Myers, Florida, office
Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion
Valid driver's license, safe driving history and reliable transportation
