2. Operation Governance & Deal Review

  • Own first-level deal review for New, Upsell, Renewal, Downgrade, Churn, and special pricing cases.
  • Review Salesforce opportunity data, including MRR, ACV, product scope, contract period, activation date, billing terms, discount rate, and approval status.
  • Drive Salesforce data hygiene by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to clean, validate, and maintain CRM data, ensuring data accuracy and reliable reporting output.
  • Validate pricing structure, discount level, margin status, approval path, and required supporting evidence.
  • Identify low-margin deals, pricing exceptions, special terms, and contract risks; prepare escalation summaries for management review.
  • Ensure operational consistency across regions while maintaining flexibility for region-specific commercial needs.

3. Contract Readiness & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Ensure alignment among Salesforce data, approved commercial terms, service scope, report logic, and financial reporting before contract issuance.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CSM, Legal, Finance, Product, Strategy, and MIS teams to resolve deal blockers and execution risks.
  • Track pending approvals, missing information, contract review status, and operational blockers to support timely deal closure.

4. AI-enabled and Continuously Evolving Sales Operations

  • Leverage AI tools to improve Sales Operations efficiency, including SFDC data validation, forecast summary generation, pricing case comparison, meeting preparation, documentation, and recurring issue analysis.
  • Use AI tools to identify operational blind spots, summarize case history, compare similar deal structures, and improve quality control before management escalation.
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows and checklists to reduce manual work while keeping Sales Operations processes aligned with evolving products, business models, and governance requirements.
  • Dynamically track product changes, pricing model updates, service scope adjustments, and system workflow changes to ensure Operation processes remain up to date and continuously optimized.

  • Strong understanding of revenue operations, including MRR, ACV, renewal, upsell, discount, contract term, approval workflow, and forecast governance.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify commercial risks and operational inconsistencies.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Customer Success, Strategy, and MIS teams.

  • Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus, but not required.

  • Business-minded operator who can connect revenue forecast, deal execution, pricing governance, contract readiness, and Salesforce data quality.
  • Reliable second owner who can independently manage global operation workflows and serve as mutual backup for business continuity.
