→Build, manage, and optimize CRM systems, automation workflows, and internal tools.
→Design and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure technical infrastructure to support growth.
→Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Client Delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
→Oversee data architecture, integrations, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and visibility across the business.
→Establish and maintain technical SOPs, documentation, and best practices.
→Evaluate, implement, and manage third-party tools, platforms, and vendors.
→Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with relevant standards.
→Lead and support technical resources (internal or external), including hiring, training, and performance management.
→Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
