• Office Address: 6th Floor, Phase 2, N-Heights, Plot No 38 Siddiq Nagar, Hitec City, Hyderabad

• →Act as one of the go-to SMEs on accessibility, WCAG guidelines and code-level
  remediation solutions for junior accessibility team members; provide regular audit
  reviews to ensure internal compliance with best practices
• →Collaborate with internal Sales staff to customize accessibility service solutions, provide
  subject matter expertise and give business-oriented recommendations
• →Preparing, running and reporting on feedback from user reviews and WCAG Audit
• →Review web pages and applications to identify all WCAG or EN 301 549 violations within
  the defined scope.
• →Be an educational resource to product teams, and running office hours with customers
  or internally
• →Running multiple projects with different customers
• →Keeping track of the program status
• →Training and mentoring internal staff
• →Ability to motivate team members to reach project goals
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• →Validate the quality of all customer deliverables before release
