About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious People Operations Generalist to join our team! This role is ideal for builders who thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and want to play a key role in shaping the foundation of our operations. As a People Operations Generalist, you will optimize HR systems, implement scalable and efficient processes, and ensure data accuracy to support strategic decision-making.
Lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting, making sure we have accurate and actionable insights for decision-making
Optimize People systems and workflows across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, PAVE, and more
Own and manage our rotation and mobility program, shaping strategy, policies, and process improvements while addressing employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Point of contact for employee questions and matters related to rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and timeoff
Generate comprehensive reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Other People or general operations responsibilities as required by the People team on an ad-hoc basis
3+ years of practical experience experience in a People or HR-related role
Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
Intuition and ability to identify potential areas of improvement in our operational cadence
Proactivity in problem-solving - you don’t just spot gaps; you fill them

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.
Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
Please reference the job posting’s subtitle for where this position will be located. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $95,000 - $121,000 USD annually.
