Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to verify system requirements and performance.
  • Conducting developmental (DT), operational (OT), and regression testing in both lab and simulated operational environments.
  • Analyzing complex test data to identify, document, and report system deficiencies, software bugs, and performance shortfalls.
  • Developing and maintaining Python scripts to automate test execution, parse large data sets, and create custom analysis tools.
  • Performing daily duties and conducting all testing activities within TS/SCI facilities, operating extensively on the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) network.
  • Collaborating closely with systems engineers, software developers, and government stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate test results.
  • Providing subject matter expertise on system functionality, test methodologies, and risk assessment to program leadership.
  • Managing and maintaining the readiness of the test infrastructure and assets within our classified lab spaces.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • US. Citizenship required. 
  • Must possess TS/SCI Clearance
  • Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from an accredited institution in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or Computer Science.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a systems engineering or test and evaluation role supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
  • Classified Environment Experience: Demonstrated, recent experience "living on the high side," with deep familiarity and proficiency as a user on the JWICS network and its associated tools.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis.
  • Advanced Degree: A Master of Science (M.S.) degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
  • T&E Expertise: Deep knowledge of formal test and evaluation methodologies, including Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis.
  • Broader Technical Skills: Experience with modeling and simulation (M&S) tools, database management, and other programming languages (e.g., C++, Java).
