En tant que spécialiste de la paie bilingue, vous aiderez nos clients à tirer parti des solutions d'affaires exceptionnelles d'ADP afin qu'ils puissent se concentrer sur ce qui compte le plus pour eux : la croissance de leur entreprise.

 

Dans ce rôle, vous rejoindrez une équipe performante au sein du service d'impartition des ressources humaines d'ADP qui fournit un soutien spécialisé et des conseils en réponse à une grande variété de questions et de problèmes liés à la paie et à la fiscalité présentés par les administrateurs de paie des clients. Vous serez responsable d’assurer la réputation d'ADP en matière de service et de satisfaction des clients.

 

Chaque jour, vous utiliserez de nombreux outils et ressources pour élaborer des réponses précises, complètes et amicales aux demandes des clients concernant les pratiques de paie et les considérations fiscales. La nature de votre travail quotidien ne changera pas - votre premier objectif est d'aider les clients. Cependant, chaque jour sera différent parce que les questions que vous recevrez varieront, tout comme les solutions que vous apporterez à chaque client. Les nouvelles questions que vous recevrez ne manqueront pas, ce qui rendra les choses intéressantes, et notre formation de premier ordre vous aidera à vous préparer à la réussite !

  • Post-secondary education preferred, or equivalent experience in administration/client service/HR.

As a bilingual payroll specialist, you'll help our clients leverage ADP's exceptional business solutions so they can focus on what matters most to them - growing their business.

 

In this role, you will join a high-performing team in ADP’s Human Resources Outsourcing department that provides support and guidance in response to a wide variety of payroll and tax-related questions and issues presented by Client Payroll Administrators. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

 

Every day, you will utilize multiple tools and resources to develop accurate, comprehensive, and friendly responses to clients’ inquiries regarding payroll practices and tax considerations. The nature of what you do every day will not change — your #1 goal is to help clients. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you’ll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!

Responsibilities

  • →Minimum 5 years Canadian payroll processing experience
  • →Minimum 5 years client service experience
  • →Advanced internet and MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required
  • →Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes
  • →Excellent client service skills
  • →English/French Bilingualism is Mandatory

 

*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.
