WOTC Assistant Manager Roles - Oversee the complete WOTC claim lifecycle, including pre-screening, certification requests, documentation review, and claim submission processes. Ensure timely processing of IRS Form 8850 and supporting documentation. Monitor certification status and resolve complex eligibility issues. Manage escalations related to claim denials, audits, and compliance concerns. Ensure adherence to filing deadlines and state workforce agency requirements ##LI-DNI1)Demonstrates leadership skills that support the organizational goals, values and mission through effective, frequent communication with on-shore operations to ensure consistent process, procedures and service levels are delivered. 2)Establishes department and individual goals and objectives to develop a cohesive, responsive, and responsible department.
