This role supports the firm’s growth and client service strategies by taking work from the on-shore project specialists, so that they can better support the business needs of their assigned departments and job leads. This off-shore project specialist will handle all tickets for the assurance operations department, ensuring tickets are responded to efficiently and accurately for our client facing team members.
The Assurance Operations Project Specialist plays a pivotal role in monitoring and overseeing all support hub tickets submitted to the assurance operations team. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Key responsibilities include monitoring and responding to job and project request submissions, resolving any issues promptly, and maintaining data integrity within our systems.

We work with companies to improve financial reporting capabilities, internal controls, evaluate accounting issues, and stay ahead of the curve with new accounting regulations that could have a potential impact on long-term business growth. We help companies assess the quality of information they use to make strategic business decisions and help identify areas where they can improve operating efficiencies.
Monitor and respond to all Assurance Job & Project Request Form submissions. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all submissions, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Manage and process all reviewer file copy requests for the assurance department.
Manage indirect cost fee exemption tickets for the assurance department.
Regularly check for and resolve any job rollover failures to maintain project continuity and avoid delays.
Provide support for the setup of tasks and jobs related to mergers and acquisitions as needed, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
Oversee user management for assurance owned software such as Checkpoint, CoCounsel, and DataSnipper.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred
2-3 years or more experience working in a professional services organization (accounting experience is a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with CCH Workflow and Practice Engine is a plus.
Willingness to learn new software skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Working effectively and personably with clients and co-workers
Amenable to work mid shift starting from 3:00 PM -12:00 AM PHT
Shifting Schedule (depending on business/client needs)
Work Setup: Hybrid – Initial 2 months onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week. Work location is either at our Clark or Makati site.
