Join Aprio's Business Operations - Finance Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Accounting Associate to join their dynamic team. 
Financial Operations
  • Ensures Balance Sheets reconciliation are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Register and manage fixed assets and prepaids in Workday modules; run monthly amortization
    and depreciation.
  • Prepare journal entries for accruals, recurring and one-time transactions.
  • Assist in daily cash recording and ad hoc banking tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve variance analysis issues.
  • Prepare Revenue Journals
    • Compliance & Reporting
  • Support audit requirements and seasonal tasks (e.g., 1099 reporting).
  • Maintain vendor listings and coordinate with AP team for accrual completeness.

    Process Improvement
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate on ad hoc projects and strategic analysis with senior management.
    • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with U.S.-based teams and other global offices.
  • Provide guidance to junior associates, assist in training and provide support to manager.
  • A valid CPA license is preferred for this role.
  • Amenable to work night shift, 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Preferred: Experience in shared services or global business services environment.
