Join Aprio's Business Operations - Finance Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Billing and Project Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Support the Tech Advisory team by processing billing on a regular basis

Add jobs to client accounts

Update billing rates as needed

Continuously monitor for newly onboarded clients

Ensure billing setups are accurate, timely, and aligned with team needs

Identify opportunities to improve and document billing processes and procedures

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills

Sound judgment and problem-solving ability

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with billing or CRM software a plus

Prior experience in a professional services or technology environment preferred

Amenable to work on a hybrid work arrangement

Amenable to work on a night shift (8pm-5am)
