Financial Operations

Ensures Balance Sheets reconciliation are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

Prepare journal entries for accruals, recurring and one-time transactions.

Assist in daily cash recording and ad hoc banking tasks.

Investigate and resolve variance analysis issues.

Prepare Revenue Journals

Compliance & Reporting

Support audit requirements and seasonal tasks (e.g., 1099 reporting).

Maintain vendor listings and coordinate with AP team for accrual completeness.

Process Improvement

Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate on ad hoc projects and strategic analysis with senior management.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with U.S.-based teams and other global offices.

Provide guidance to junior associates, assist in training and provide support to manager.

A valid CPA license is an advantage for this role.

Amenable to work mid shift 3 pm to 12 am PHT and/or 8 pm to 5 am PHT.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or any Finance related.

2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and PowerPoint.

Experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred but not required: Experience in US shared services or global business services environment.

Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set up: 2x in the office and 3x WFH.
