Waiter/Waitress - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is seeking experienced and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join the team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an elegant environment delivering impeccable food and beverage service to discerning guests.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. You will work closely with the culinary and service teams to maintain the highest standards of service etiquette and guest satisfaction.

• →Welcome and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• →Present menus and provide detailed explanations of dishes, daily specials, and beverage selections
• →Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders promptly
• →Ensure proper table settings and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• →Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and feedback
• →Collaborate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to optimize service flow
• →Handle billing and payments accurately
• →Adhere strictly to health, hygiene, and safety standards

• →Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5-Star luxury hotel or fine dining setting
• →Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• →Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
• →Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• →Attention to detail with a polished and professional appearance
• →Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• →Relevant hospitality certifications or training is an advantage
• →High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plus
• →Must be currently in UAE
