~1 min readArcGNO is seeking a motivated, people-focused Human Resources Recruitment and Retention Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention efforts across the organization.
- Post job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
- Complete reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Conduct new-hire orientation and coordinate required training.
- Check in with new employees during their first 30 days.
- Conduct stay interviews and support employee recognition and engagement activities.
- Track recruitment, onboarding, turnover, and retention data.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
- Assist with CARF surveys, compliance audits, and other HR initiatives.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, human resources, or employee engagement preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, HRIS, or applicant-tracking systems preferred.
- Human services, disability services, nonprofit, or CARF experience is a plus.
- Regular travel to ArcGNO locations and job fairs is required. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and required automobile insurance.
