As a Cash Forecasting Analyst:
Your responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain short- and mid-term cash flow forecasts, with a focus on cash-out planning.
• Analyze Accounts Payable data, payment schedules, and cash flow trends to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Monitor forecast vs. actual performance and identify key variances and risks.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Finance, and business teams to gather and validate forecasting inputs.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to improve cash visibility and support decision-making.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management on liquidity and cash flow risks.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within cash forecasting and reporting.

• Experience in Cash Forecasting, Treasury, Cash Management, Financial Planning, or a similar finance role.
• Good understanding of cash flow, liquidity management, and payment processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling).
• Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (B2+).
• Ability to work independently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.
