Marketing Intern

Job Descriptions
Marketing Admin:

• • Support contract process: legal review, contracts signing, liquidation, payment
  • Support PR/PO process: vendor creation, item code creation, PR creation, PO post receipt
  • Process Free-of-charge sales orders for all marketing activities
  • Assist with APAC regional admin task such as multi country presentations and data reports and files organization

Market Intelligence:

• • Gather and analyze industry and market data for monthly report and for NPD projects
  • Prepare data-driven recommendations and assist data-driven decisions for different sales and marketing channels

Brand Marketing:

• • Support brand marketing activities where needed, including consumer promotion, marketing materials production, product portfolio management and NPDs

Digital Marketing:

• • Support digital marketing where needed, including social media, social outreach and website management

E-commerce:

• • Support in product and price listing process

Job Requirements
Education:

• • Is pursuing or Graduate in Marketing, Business Management or similar relevant field

Experience:

• • Prior internship experience is a plus

Skills:

• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to use video editing tools is an advantage
• Able to communicate well in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Organized, team-oriented and with positive attitude
