Technical Support Manager

The Role
ADM China CD&D Team cooperate with cross functional innovation platform team to create innovative concepts, develop high quality products including flavors, flavor systems and fruit jams, and provide turnkey solutions to customers in application in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries by using specialized ingredients and nutritional ingredients to achieve business goal.

• Support on China beverage food service strategy goals, key performance indicators achievement.
• Play as pivot role internally and externally, value delivering from technical perspective.

Your Responsibilities

• Execution assigned project/task on time and independently, participation in project full lifecycle management, including and not limited,
  • • Working efficiently with GTM team on concept innovation base on briefing.
    • RMs screening, application, syrup/compound formula design, optimization according to feedback.
    • Customer visit/interaction & product demo, provide technical solution to demands accordingly.
    • Product commercialization, documentation, trail run, shelf-life study ect.
    • Others ad-hoc jobs.

 

• Cooperate with cross-function team as union, marketing, commercial, procurement, pricing, RSA , quality , operation , supply chain ect, provide technical support professionally.
• Support line-manger during his/her management.
• Comply GLP and ISO requirements, support lab management during daily work.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree or above in food science, food engineering or related field.
• 7+ years experiences in F&B, familiar with RMs, syrup/compound formulation, processing ect, knowledge of regulation, sensory, quality preferred.
• Understanding business model of FS customer, willing to work in fast-paced and challenging environment, business trip frequently.   
• Self-motivation, pressure resistance, good at problem analysis and trouble-shooting.
• Team spirit, can play as pivotal role during project management and daily work .
• Strong in communication & presentation, fluently in both written and spoken english.
