Responsibilities

→Complete work orders and maintenance tasks based on priority
→Perform interior and exterior cleaning throughout the clubhouse and Event Center
→Assist with deep cleaning of floors, carpets, walls, windows, bathrooms, appliances, and common areas
→Vacuum, sweep, clean tables, and maintain indoor and outdoor spaces
→Help maintain walkways by removing leaves and debris
→Perform interior and exterior painting as needed
→Move and arrange furniture for events and daily operations
→Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance issues
→Work closely with management and staff to ensure facilities remain clean and inviting
→Support additional facility and seasonal projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For

→High School Diploma or GED preferred
→Basic knowledge of custodial tools, cleaning techniques, and facility maintenance
→Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
→Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
→Flexibility with scheduling as needed
→Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service
