Instructional Coach - St. Philip Neri School

St. Philip Neri School on the eastside of Indianapolis is hiring an Instructional Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND/OR ABILITIES:

• Strong instructional knowledge and understanding of best teaching practices
• Knowledge of literacy instruction, assessment practices, and intervention strategies
• Ability to analyze and interpret student performance data
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with teachers and administrators.
  Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and school improvement
• Willingness to foster the Church's mission

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education required; Master's Degree preferred
• Valid Indiana teaching license required
• Minimum of three years successful classroom teaching experience preferred
• Must be certified in the Science of Reading
• Experience in instructional coaching, literacy leadership, or teacher mentoring preferre
• Must be able to understand and to comply with the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of Conduct
• Must be able to successfully complete the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Child Safety Training
• Background screening required
• Ability to reliably travel to off-site locations on a regular basis, including travel of up to two hours from the office, using personal or alternative transportation
