Manager-Supply Chain Learning and Enablement

• →Training Strategy & Curriculum Development
• →Develop and maintain comprehensive role-based training materials and programs for ERP and supply chain systems.
• →Create learning roadmaps for new hires and existing employees.
• →Maintain training standards and learning governance.
• →Ensure all training materials reflect current system and process standards.
• →New Hire Training
• →Coordinate onboarding training programs.
• →Deliver systems and process training to new employees.
• →Assess trainee competency and readiness.
• →Partner with managers to ensure successful onboarding completion.
• →Change Management Support
• →Support projects involving ERP implementations, system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, digital transformation projects, and organizational process changes.
• →Assess training needs and evaluate stakeholder readiness.
• →Develop training and facilitate user adoption activities.
• →Training Compliance & Auditing
• →Conduct regular training compliance audits.
• →Verify employees are trained on required procedures and systems.
• →Identify gaps in knowledge and develop remediation plans where necessary.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Supply Chain Management
• Business Administration
• Organizational Development
• Adult Learning
• Operations Management

•  5–8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, systems, training, or related business functions
• Minimum of 5 years of ERP experience, with hands-on experience supporting or training users in JD Edwards (JDE) and/or SAP Environments
• Experience developing and maintaining training content, job aids, and learning materials
• Experience facilitating both instructor-led classroom training and virtual learning sessions
• Experience supporting organizational change management, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP-enabled business operations
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Human Resource stakeholders
