Supply Chain Learning and Enablement Specialist Position Summary The Supply Chain Learning and Enablement Specialist develops, maintains, and delivers training programs that support effective use of ERP and supply chain systems across the organization. Working under the direction of the Supply Chain Learning and Enablement Manager, this role creates training content aligned with established learning strategies and business requirements. The Specialist supports onboarding, system enhancements, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives through the development of training materials, delivery of instructor-led and virtual learning, maintenance of training documentation, and assessment of learner readiness to drive adoption of processes and technologies.
