Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Direct Support Professional, you will provide direct care, support, and encouragement to individuals in a residential setting while promoting their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

- →Supporting individuals in achieving personal goals and developing life skills
- →Ensuring a safe, positive, and supportive environment
- →Completing documentation and maintaining accurate records
- →Performing light housekeeping and household tasks
- →Responding appropriately to routine situations and emergencies
- →Building positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members
- →Encouraging community involvement and meaningful activities
Successful DSPs/CNAs/HHAs Nursing Students and other caring professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Requirements

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to supporting others
- Dependable with excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs of individuals served
- Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, human services, or direct support is helpful but not required
