As we grow across Europe, we’re looking for people who lead with curiosity, learn by doing and want a long-term path in retail. At Arc’teryx we believe there’s always a better way and that guides how we develop our teams, and our “Leave It Better” spirit shapes the way we work.

Our Product Guides grow through hands-on learning, steady coaching and opportunities across stores, regions and teams.

We’re looking for a passionate Product Guide (all genders) to join our team at our Store in Bicester. You’re the face of our brand - bringing energy, expertise, and unforgettable experiences to every guest. You live for the outdoors, love our products, and share that passion authentically. You grow with us, lift others up, and help shape a community that thrives on connection, nature, and bold ideas.

  • Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: You bring energy and expertise to every interaction - sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the Brand, Inside and Out: As a true Arc'teryx ambassador, you represent our values both in-store and in the community. You stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
  • Grow and Collaborate: You develop your skills with the support of your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.

You’ll be part of a team that enjoys spending time outdoors together, shares product knowledge, builds strong guest relationships, and takes pride in the details. The work is hands-on, thoughtful and rooted in connection to the outdoors and community.
  • Guest-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering brand loyalty through service, storytelling, and community engagement.
  • Own Your Impact: You take responsibility, stay self-motivated, and love solving problems. You seek smart solutions, even when they’re not the easiest.
  • Disruptive Evolution: You challenge the status quo, inspire new ideas, and embrace continuous improvement - for yourself and those around you.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both the local language (e.g., German) and English is essential.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
