Position Summary:
The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for supporting various activities on pharmacy contracts at a zone level for both IBSRELA & XPHOZAH to meet the defined goals of the Market Access team. The role will be an active collaborator with various internal teams to implement complex projects, optimize service delivery, and ensure high-quality standards in the management of our specialty pharmacy programs. To do so, this role will require individuals to utilize their account management, data analytics, and reimbursement experiences to support and facilitate timely access and updates on Ardelyx’s products serviced by our specialty pharmacy partners! The PSMs will collaborate with key team members such as Field Reimbursement Managers, Analytics and other internal stakeholders to serve as experts at a zone level.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor key access and service metrics and take action on them; including time-to-therapy, prescription conversion, reimbursement outcomes, and service utilization at specialty pharmacy partners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders in support of fast access to treatment at specialty pharmacies
  • Analyze regional trends and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and patient experience across our specialty pharmacies
  • Coordinate issue resolution related to timely patient onboarding at specialty pharmacies with internal stakeholders
  • Support training and education initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver zone-level business reviews and stakeholder updates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, analytics, patient services, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, account management, or related healthcare field
  • Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and external partners
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel within assigned zone as needed
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for data analysis and reporting is preferred
The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position is $130,000-$160,000. Ardelyx utilizes industry data to ensure that our compensation is competitive and aligned with our industry peers. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target and equity awards, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
 
Ardelyx also offers a robust benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with generous employer match, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, up to 12 weeks of living organ and bone marrow leave, equity incentive plans, health plans (medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, flexible time off, annual Winter Holiday shut down, and at least 11 paid holidays.
