Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Consolidate weekly inputs from task leads and prepare Weekly Presentations for leadership review.
- →Produce and assemble presentation materials, including printing, formatting, and organizing labeled binders for distribution.
- →Track and manage all recurring contract deliverables to ensure timely and accurate submission in accordance with established schedules.
- →Maintain organized records and documentation of deliverables, submissions, and program artifacts.
- →Coordinate with task leads to validate content accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reporting requirements.
- →Support the Project Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting outcomes.
- →Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth program operations, including handling communications, document management, and ad hoc requests.
Requirements:
- →Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred)
- →Minimum of 3 years of administrative or program support experience within a federal IT services environment.
- →Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- →Experience managing recurring deliverables and working within structured reporting timelines.
- →Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- →Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- →Active Public Trust Tier clearance (or ability to obtain).
