Operations & Sales Executive

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Operations & sales Executive to join their company in Riyadh. Job Summary A leading residential hotel seeking a Sales & Operations Executive to handle customer interactions, manage room bookings, and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires strong communications n skills, bilingual fluency, and a proactive approach to covering inquiries into reservations. Responsibilities • Receive and respond to customer calls and inquiries • Present and explain available apartments/rooms to potential clients • Handle sales calls and convert leads into bookings • Make reservations through hotel management systems • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality • Provide follow-up support to clients and resolve service-related issues • Ensure accurate data entry and booking records Requirements Preference will be given to non-Saudi applicants with relevant hospitality experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or hotel reserva=ons Fluent in spoken and wriPen English and Arabic Ability to work long shiOs (12 hours), 6 days per week Comfortable with computer systems and online booking plaJorms Presentable, organized, and customer-friendly
