Senior Sales Specialist

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. Task/ Job Summary Responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets across contracting, operation & maintenance, facility management, and hospitality services, while building strong client relationships and managing the sales process through contract closure. Job description · Develop and implement sales and marketing plans. · Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets. · Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities. · Build and maintain strong client relationships. · Follow up on tenders and business opportunities, including Etimad Platform. · Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate with clients, and close contracts. · Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. · Manage leads and the full sales cycle. · Achieve sales and revenue targets. · Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to meet client requirements. · Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business opportunities. · Lead and support the sales team to achieve company objectives. Requirements · Male · 3+ years of experience in a similar role/industry · Experience with Etimad Platform is preferred · Strong marketing and business development skills Strong negotiation and communication skills
