The mission of the People & Culture Enablement Department is define and drive the roadmap for the P&C strategy to fuel business success, while propelling seamless execution of divisional operations.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team that shapes how People & Culture operates—setting the standards, strengthening execution, and embedding operational excellence across a complex, high-growth business. As the Senior Manager / Manager, People & Culture Enablement, you will drive the P&C vision and roadmap, enabling the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of work across the division. You will be a key driver of division wide‑ P&C initiatives, as well as elevating P&C performance through translating insights into strategic action, and leading clear, impactful divisional communications. This role offers deep exposure to business growth, continuous learning, and meaningful career progression—with pathways into expanded leadership opportunities as Aritzia continues to grow.
As the Senior Manager/Manager, People & Culture Enablement, you will:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Define and drive the People & Culture vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long‑term enterprise strategy.
- Lead enterprise‑wide planning for P&C, enabling the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of work across the division.
- Ensure division‑scale People & Culture programs are executed to the highest standard across all workplaces, delivering consistent and measurable outcomes.
- Project manage division‑wide and corporate‑impact P&C initiatives, driving disciplined execution from planning through implementation.
- Assess People & Culture performance against strategic objectives and key results, translating insights into clear actions that elevate effectiveness and impact.
- Deliver business‑driven, simple, and relevant communications, ensuring the division has clarity on priorities, progress, and outcomes.
- Lead the strategic partnership with the P&C Business Support team, aligning on priorities, timelines, and investment to enable effective delivery.
- Solve complex, cross‑functional problems and ensure high‑quality completion of CPCO priorities, applying sound judgment and operational rigor.

- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications to perform in the role, including:
- Leadership experience in a similar Human Resources / People & Culture operational role
- Experience with Project Management, PMP certification a plus
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
