→Data Entry Accuracy: High attention to detail and complete comfort utilizing digital systems, spreadsheets, or internal convention databases to log information and work hours
→Professionalism & Discretion: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to welcome fellow staff warmly while handling internal records with appropriate confidentiality and tact
→Problem-Solving & Patience: The ability to "think on your feet" when resolving check-in discrepancies or explaining guidelines clearly to tired staff members under a time crunch
