→Proven Team Leadership: Ability to supervise, motivate, and direct a team of volunteers in a fast-paced physical environment with tight deadlines
→Spatial & Logistical Planning Skills: Exceptional organization; ability to read venue floor plans, translate spatial layouts into actionable deployment steps, and systematically track inventory using a master sign index
→Pre-Con & On-Site Availability: Full commitment to participating in pre-convention planning, as well as being present on site early for setup days and remaining through teardown completion
→Physical Capability & Endurance: Ability to walk extensive venue distances, stand for prolonged periods, and lift or move signage hardware and supply boxes during setup and teardown
→Outstanding Decorum & Communication: High standard of professionalism, composure, and hospitality when communicating with staff, venue representatives, and leadership under event pressure
