Every year, millions of kids and teens in America have mental health needs that go unmet — not because effective care doesn't exist, but because families don't know how to find it, and the professionals who see these kids every day, pediatricians, schools, and health systems, don't have a fast, trusted way to connect them to it.
Emora Health is closing that gap. We've just closed our Series A, backed by leading venture capital firms, and we are scaling fast: new markets, new partnerships, and a rapidly growing team. Fewer than half of youth who need mental health support get it today, and roughly three-quarters of lifetime mental health conditions emerge before age 24. That's the gap we exist to close, and this role sits at the center of how we do it.
This is a rare chance to build a national growth function from the ground up, at a company with real momentum, real funding, and a mission worth showing up for every day.
About the Role
~2 min readWe're hiring our first GTM Lead to build the growth engine that gets us there: a nationwide, on-the-ground sales and partnerships organization that puts Emora in the room with the pediatricians, health systems, schools, and community organizations who refer families to us every day. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, own-the-outcome, define-the-playbook leadership role for someone who wants to create something category-defining.
You'll be the architect and leader of Emora's non-paid growth strategy — the channels that don't run through a marketing budget, but through sales motions, relationships, and boots on the ground. You will build and lead an ambitious team tasked with aggressive targets, launch and test new channels quickly, and become Emora’s go-to point person as we grow more deeply in existing markets and scale into new markets across the country.
Concretely, you will own:
Field sales to pediatricians and health systems — building and scaling regional teams that create trusted, high-volume referral relationships in every market we operate in
Broader organizational channels — schools, community organizations, digital mediums, and other partners who reach families every day
The channel strategy itself — rapidly testing new go-to-market motions, doubling down on what works, and killing what doesn't
A high-performing, high-accountability team culture — hiring, coaching, and holding an ambitious team to ambitious numbers
Emora's presence and reputation in the field — you'll be a trusted, well-spoken face of the company as we grow into the nation's most trusted network for family behavioral health
