Responsibilities

- →Support onboarding processes
- →Responsible for updating our HR systems, such as Workday
- →Ad hoc tasks and larger projects
We will provide the needed training and mentoring to get you started.

Requirements
~1 min readYou are currently enrolled and pursuing an academic degree. Preferably, you are in your 3rd semester of your Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, HR, or communications.
Ideally you have experience from a similar position, however, your drive and willingness to learn and develop is more important as you will have plenty of support and opportunity to grow in this role.
You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude.
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.
To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be highly detail-oriented and thorough, take ownership of your tasks and follow them through to completion, and be motivated by delivering high-quality work, also when tasks are repetitive. Finally, we expect you to be motivated by improving existing processes and ways of working.
