Lead Manager - Online Grocery Trading

• →Deliver and optimise online trading plans to drive sales growth and performance.
• →Lead the execution of key business events and promotional activity across Asda.com.
• →Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Data & Insights, Product, Operations and external partners to deliver business objectives.

• →Monitor and analyse trading performance, identifying opportunities to improve key metrics such as conversion and sales.

• Strong commercial and trading mindset with the ability to make decisions at pace.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and building effective relationships across functions and suppliers.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance insights and turn them into actions.
• Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment.

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
