• →Develop, plan, update and execute our activity plan, ensuring the activity communication is clear, concise, and relevant for store teams
• →Provide support for line manager, lead manager and SD by keeping the activity plan updated, flagging issues and risks.
• →You will work across the online central team engaging stakeholders at all levels to support the timely execution of our activity plan
• →Make changes to the plan to ensure activity lands as planned and any changes are approved, updated and communicated to all stakeholders
• →Responsible for monitoring and identifying process opportunities in online and creating updates to the process to optimise and improve the process
• →Coordinate any trial or development work to improve our BAU processes

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
